 Space and Place Project.

Ideas and topics.

• The images i have taken, are of areas of Galway that i find interesting, and most of them are of green areas and waterways.
• I am going to deal with the beauty of Galway.
• The contrast between the grey concrete buildings of the city and the lush green living areas.
• Certain areas of the city look like they have been taken from the countryside.
• Areas of city that nature is trying to over power. eg weeds growing through cracks. Developing  this idea and creating an image of the take over of nature on the city. Creeping in and taking over.
• Turning the streets into a waterway, merging the two areas of the city in one.
• Using elements of the city and recreating them in natural forms. eg lamp posts to trees.
• Looking into these elements microscopically. Unraveling and dissecting growth and exploring elements of nature.
